Partner Program Manager | CO or NY

Sphere, an established company, is looking to immediately hire a Partner Program Manager for full-time, in-house employment in either our Westminster, CO or Melville, NY office.

Position Summary

The Partner Program Manager, who will report to the ISV General Manager, will provide support to the ISV sales team by performing a variety of tasks to provide the highest level of service to our customers, assist in streamlining processes, and addressing root causes to help facilitate the company’s growth. Additionally, the Partner Program Manager will facilitate projects responsible for ensuring that new partners are seamlessly implemented to Sphere platforms.


  • Provide daily comprehensive support to sales strategy and success
  • Engage with customers daily to answer questions, resolve complaints, handle escalations, initiate follow-up on leads, and set up new accounts.
  • Manage sales application preparation and submission, and monitor pending applications.
  • Assist with pricing and contract support as needed
  • Prepare detailed reports containing relevant information for the team
  • Provide continuous process improvement suggestions and feedback on sales technology and methodology to create a seamless implementation and scalable processes for new partners
  • Attend meetings as required with sales staff, marketing, product team, technical personnel, and others to discuss product information, sales goals, and inter-departmental coordination efforts.
  • Work with marketing and sales teams to assist in new partner launches
  • Provide data and relevant reports as necessary to the sales team to facilitate sales growth.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • At least 4 years’ experience in a sales environment
  • Ability to plan and execute strategies and initiatives to promote profitability
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Demonstrable project management experience
  • Understanding or experience in the payments industry preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce
