Depending on the position, the sourcing, recruiting, and selection processes may vary. You may go through several steps, including but not limited to: online application; phone screening; one-on-one interviews with the hiring manager; and/or panel interviews, which consist of a selection of team members from the department.
For some specific roles, we may also administer assessments to assess specific skills. Taking candidates through these steps helps to ensure the selection of well-rounded team members who possesses the right combination of talent, skills, and most importantly, ability to fit into the Sphere culture.
Yes! Certain positions allow for telecommuting. If so, remote work will be indicated as an option on the job posting.
Internship opportunities usually take place between May and August of each year. Applicants must be authorized to work in the US. Available internship opportunities will be posted on our career page.
