Reporting to the Accounting Manager (TX), the primary responsibility of this position includes A/R management, general ledger accounting, assisting in the preparation of all financial statements, including annual, quarterly, and monthly reports, coordination with external auditors and assisting in accounting research.

The Retention Specialist will work directly with merchants whose contracts are reaching time for renewal and those who are requesting cancellation of service to retain the business.
The Partner Program Manager, who will report to the ISV General Manager, will provide support to the ISV sales team by performing a variety of tasks to provide the highest level of service to our customers, assist in streamlining processes, and addressing root causes to help facilitate the company’s growth.
